Field Trip 1 ROM
ROM- Royal Ontario Museum
I went to the ROM with my LINC classmates and teacher last Friday. It's a very interesting place located downtown. There are a lot of ancient artifacts from different countries .
I went to the aboriginal exhibits first followed teacher Joseph. I learned the difference between a canoe and a kayak there: there is only one seat in a kayak and many seats in a canoe;
Outside the aboriginal section, I saw the beautiful rotunda. "That all men may know his work" was written at the top of the rotunda. In order to take a picture of the ceiling of the rotunda, Joseph lay on the ground and took several pictures for our classmates.
We went to the Greece section the third floor . There are a lot of sculptures and i learned the word Cypriot. And then we went to the egyptian section and saw mummies for the first time. There was a mummy of a very beautiful woman .
I went back to home with my classmate from Romania.

A New Start
My first blog was created on Jan-28-2013. With the help of Joseph who is my English teacher in Consumer LINC centre. Joseph is a very nice teacher, enthusiastic and passionate.
I will record every step of my journey in English in this blog. I hope i can speak English fluently in the future.
